Delivery

All orders are dispatched Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Hurstville, NSW and typically process orders within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping

Flat rate of $14.95 (excludes oversized items)

In-store Collection

Collect your order from our Little Surprise store in Hurstville, NSW. Allow 2 hours for your order to be ready for pick-up.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Please ensure to double check the delivery address is correct. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address. For a redelivery, the receiver of the wrong address must return items back to our warehouse in order for us to dispatch again which will incur additional costs and time.

We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping. Once your items have been shipped and is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. Should items become lost or damaged in transit, you should follow this up with the carrier.
