We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business day of you placing it, however during busy times or promotional events (eg sales or Chistmas), please allow up to 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to most postcodes across Australia. If we're unable to fulfill your order, you'll receive an email with a credit note or refund.
Incorrect Address/Orders
Little Surprise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure to double check the delivery address is correct. For a redelivery, the receiver of the wrong address must return items back to our warehouse in order for us to dispatch again which will incur additional costs and time.
Once your items have been shipped and is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. Should items become lost or damaged in transit, you should follow this up with the carrier.
