Returns

Change of mind or incorrect fit  If you change your mind or the item does not suit or fit, a store or online credit will be offered depending on where you bought and return your item - no refunds.
Returning online orders Please email us hello@littlesurprisestore within 3 days of your order being delivered with your reason for return for approval and instructions. All return postage charges will be at your expense. All items must be in their original condition, un-opened, unused, with tags and all the boxes and packaging that was included in the delivery.
Returning collection orders in store For instore collection orders being returned instore, items can be exchanged instore within 14 days For online returns after instore collection, email hello@littlesurprisestore.com within 3 days of your order pick up, so that we can authorise your return.
Conditions of return Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags and packaging attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on pacifiers or teething toys.
Store credits Store credits will be valid for 3 months, and cannot be used for any other sale discount, store credit, code or shipping charges. Credit received from returning in store will only be valid in store. Returns via post the store credit will only be valid online.
Returning instore items

You can return for an exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days we may not be able to assist you.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear, pacifiers or teething toys.

Something is wrong with the order.

If something has arrived damaged, faulty, or not as expected – please email hello@littlesurprisestore.com within 3 days of items delivered. Please include photos, and any details which may help us resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Please Note

We do not offer returns on any pre order items. These orders are considered final.

We cannot cancel or alter your order after checkout for any reason, that includes but not limited to - change of mind, fail to apply a code, incorrect details. Please look over everything carefully prior to confirming and checking out.

If you purchase a bundle offer, any request to return items from the order, will forfeit the discount on all other items in the offer. The store credit issued will reflect this forfeit.
